プライベートスペース（※）外にゆうちょ手続きアプリとゆうちょ通帳アプリ、または、ゆうちょ認証アプリをインストールのうえ、ご利用ください。

＊プライベートスペース内でゆうちょ手続きアプリ、ゆうちょ通帳アプリ、または、ゆうちょ認証アプリいずれかをインストールした状態でゆうちょ手続きアプリを操作するとゆうちょ通帳アプリ、または、ゆうちょ認証アプリが起動せず、Google Play Storeに遷移してしまいます。

■iPhoneの場合
非表示フォルダ（※）外にゆうちょ手続きアプリとゆうちょ通帳アプリ、または、ゆうちょ認証アプリを配置してご利用ください。
※iOS18から追加となった機能
＊非表示フォルダ内にゆうちょ手続きアプリ、またはゆうちょ通帳アプリ、または、ゆうちょ認証アプリを入れた状態で、ゆうちょ手続きアプリを操作するとゆうちょ通帳アプリ、または、ゆうちょ認証アプリが起動せず、App Storeに遷移してしまいます。

If I select the Yucho Bankbook App or Yucho Authentication App for identity verification method on the Yucho Tetsuzuki App, the app does not start and will be redirected to the app store. What should I do?

This issue might be resolved by the following.
If it does not resolve, please complete the procedure using one of the following identification documents: Individual number card, Driver's license, or Residence card.

Please install the Yucho Tetsuzuki App and the Yucho Bankbook App or Yucho Authentication App outside of your Private Space* before using the Yucho Tetsuzuki App.
